How our web design service works
Step 1: Fill in our quote form with details of your desired website (Quote form is here)
Step 2: We will send you a quote for your web design project, or we may need to contact you for a few more details. You will receive a detailed quote and a full explanation of how your website would function. You will also get a copy of our full terms and conditions. Your quote is valid for 14 days.
Step 3: Carefully read through your quote and our terms and conditions and consider whether or not you wish to commission us to build your website. You need to reply to your quote within 14 days or apply for a new quote.
Step 4: If you decide to commission us to build your website, contact us and we will assign you a project manager who will be your first point of contact at Azurenet whilst your website is being built. You will be provided with a direct contact Email, and the direct telephone number of your project manager. You will at this stage be given your contract and must sign it and mail it to us.
Step 5: Before any work commences you will need to pay a deposit of no less than fifty percent (50%) of the total quote price. You can pay this online by Paypal, or by cheque or Bank Transfer. If we have arranged with you to spread the cost of your website into monthly payments, the first monthly payment must be made before work starts and this must be paid by Paypal.
Step 6: Regular contact with your project manager will begin. You will discuss design, colours, graphics and will throw around some ideas for enhanced functionality. By the end of this step, you and your project manager will both be happy that you know exactly how the website is to look and perform. Our designers will start work.
Step 7: You will need to provide text content and images for your website. So now is the time to start getting these ready for submission.
Step 8: Your project manager will present you with a demonstration of your design for your approval.
Step 9: You submit text content and images for your site and our designers start to fill your pages with content. Our SEO Geek's will optimise your pages for performance on the search engines.
Step 10: Once content has been added and the site is functioning as it should, your finished website will be uploaded to a test server for you to look at.
Step 11: Assuming all is well and you are happy with the design and functionality of your new website, you now make the final payment on your website. If you are paying monthly this will not apply to you.
Step 12: Once payment is received by us, or if you are paying monthly, your website will be uploaded live to the web and you now have a new website. Additional services you may have ordered such as domain names, hosting, maintenance, or advanced search optimisation, become active.
The whole process usually takes no longer than 21 days, although large complicated projects may take slightly longer. An estimated time frame will be included in you quote.
